Paul Burke

My name is Paul Burke and I'm 44 years old. I fell in love with house music when clubbing in the State on Dale Street in 1995 and bought my first decks soon after. My DJ career then started in 1998 and I was a Main Event resident for Davy T. Then I went on DJ in places like Mosquito bar, Lemon Lounge, was a resident upstairs in the Famous Grafton on Fridays with The JFMC, resident in The Aquarium on Saturdays, done a number of other bars and clubs across Merseyside and even a stint out in Kavos at Buzz Bar. I was runner up in the Decks in the city DJ competition for radio city around 1999 and more recently winner of The Next Big Thing Dj competition on In Demand Radio in 2022. I have my own Promotion called AnthemaniA which is an old skool event we host a few times a year. I'm multi genre and play House, Funky House, Bounce, Old Skool and Tech... also known to dip in to Trance now and again.AnthemaniA has been established since 2017 and is thriving with guest DJ's such as Robbie Edwards, Ebo, Si Austin, Lee Butler and is run by myself and John B
